“This year will be different, because in 2016 – we’ll be better” – this is what our COO, Armando S. Macalino emphasized during the strategic plan activity held last November. Initiatives and plans have been laid on the table to achieve business growth, service delivery and people development goals. Moreover, the COO aims to enhance customer experience of our cardholders, expand customer base reach and strengthen relationships with providers and partners - thus making VC a household name – the first company to recall when people talk about “HMO”. Here’s a glimpse of what’s in store: We have made a very good start in 2016 by entering into partnership with Manila Ocean Park. What’s in it for Valucare cardholders? – well, Manila Ocean Park is extending 20% discount to all VC cardholders.
There’s more – members can also enjoy 10% discount extended to companions when they visit Ocean Adventure and Camayan Beach Resort.
Now that is health and fun rolled into one! Because VC wants the best for its valued members, we are pushing efforts to create more partnerships with establishments in health and wellness, medical and food industry – all to provide value added service to our members.

Another marketing plan to take place this 2016 is the VC Branding Initiative. Partnerships with leading newspaper and other advertising activities such as active participations in business club / group activities and the like can be expected to accomplish effective branding objective.
One could never go wrong in building good relationships with business partners, so in 2016, we shall see improved partnerships with our brokers and agents as a gesture of appreciation and desire to expand ValuCare with them.
